700 a 900 g jonge asperges 8 halve gedroogde tomaten 1/2 handje oregano 100 g boter 4 plakjes prosciutto 'rocket'sla zeezout peper sap van 1/2 citroen |

BereidingHak de tomaten grof.Throw the asparagus into a large pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Melt the butter with the tomatoes and oregano in a bowl above the boiling water, drain the asparagus and toss in the butter mix, seasoned with salt and pepper. Divide onto four plates, lay the prosciutto across the asparagus and serve with the rocket, dress with lemon juice. |
