3 Medium uien, finely chopped 3 tenen knoflook, minced 3 eetlepels vegetable olie 3 Cups ketchup 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown suiker 1/3 cup vinegar 3 Eetlepels Wrights hickory seasoning (I leave this out since I can't find it here....) 2 Eetlepels Dijon mosterd 1 teaspoon Tabasco hot saus |

BereidingIn a large sauspan, over medium-high heat, cook uien and knoflook in olie until tender. Stir in ketchup, brown suiker, vinegar, hickory seasoning, mosterd and Tabasco. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Use as a barbecue saus on any meats.Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in a covered container.
