3 lbs kippenvleugeltjes

1 geklopt ei

1 cup meel

1 cup boter



SAUS



3 Eetlepel soya saus

3 Eetlepel water

1 cup white suiker

1/2 cup vinegar

1 theelepel accent (You could omit this - I've never used it)

1/2 theelepel zout

Bereiding

Cut the wings in half. Dip in slightly beaten egg and then in meel.

Fry in boter until deep brown and crisp.

Put in shallow roasting pan and pour the saus over the wings.

Bake at 350F for 1/2 hour. Spoon saus over wings during cooking.



RJ's Note: Instead of baking, simmer in a crockpot for 3 - 4 hours. This makes the wings so tender that they just fall off the bone. I usually serve them with with rijst and use the saus from the wings on the rijst. Very good!
