1 lb zalm with liquid 1/3 cup volkorenmeel 1/4 cup maïsmeel 1/4-1/3 cup tarwekiemen 2 eieren, beaten 1/2 cup chopped ui 1/4 cup chopped green peper 1 Eetlepel citroen sap or to taste |

BereidingFlake zalm, mashing the bones well. Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Brown in small amount of olie, (I use stick-free pan and spray) over med. heat, about 15 min. |
