2-3 cans tonijn OR 1# zalm 2-3 eieren 1/2 cup tarwekiemen 1/4 cup finely chopped ui OR 1 Eetlepel uienpoeder 1/3 cup in blokjes pimento or green peper 2 Eetlepel citroen sap 1/2 theelepel selderij zout about 1 cup geraspte kaas dash Worcestershire saus 1/4 theelepel hot saus...more or less to taste. OPTIONAL saus for patties 1 can kip/rijstsoep 1/2 can water 3-4 Eetlepel meel several shakes of Tabasco (to taste) |

BereidingMix all together. If not as firm as would like, add enough maïsmeel, or cracker crumbs to make firm enough for shaping patties. Shape into patties and roll in additional tarwekiemen. Brown on both sides in as little olie as possible.Eventuele saus: Place all in blender and blend till smooth. Cook till thick. Easiest done in the microwave, stirring with whisk in one minute intervals until thickened. -- Notities(this is my original recipe...used many times when my six children were growing up) |
