Raw Banana Kofta Curry

FOR KOFTAS

3 to 4. bakbananen

6-8 Eetlepel Fresh Paneer kaas)

1 chopped Ui

3 chopped Green chillies

2 theelepel gember-knoflook pasta

FOR GRAVY

3 Eetlepel Fresh cream

3 Eetlepel Boter Olie for cooking

3 large Ui's

3 inch gemberwortel

3 to 4 tenen (big ones) Knoflook

3 Tomaten

2 small bunches korianderblad

2 theelepel Ketumbar

Red chilly poeder according to taste.

2 theelepel Dry kasuri methi blaadjes

1 1\2 theelepel Coorma masala Rai, Jeera for tadka.

Bereiding

Boil raw bananas along with skin. After cooling , remove skin, mash and keep aside.

Prepare Paneer .

In a vessel take little olie, add Rai and Jeera for tadka. Add finely chopped uien, finely chopped green chillies and ginger knoflook paste. Then add mashed banana, besan, zout, coorma masala and remove from heat.

Add Paneer chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Make them into koftas, deep fry on low heat and keep aside.



For gravy, heat mixture of boter and olie in pan, add Rai and Jeera for tadka. Maal ui, ginger, knoflook and half portion of coriander leaves into a smooth paste and fry this in olie. Cut raw tomaten and maal them without adding water. Add this paste to ui mixture once olie is seen on edges and let it fry. Add red chilly poeder, kuncit poeder, dhania poeder, zout and kasuri methi leaves.Add enough water. Lower heat and add fresh cream,coorma masala poeder and remove from heat in 1-2 minutes. Take koftas in a wide vessel and add gravy before serving . Garnish with coriander leaves.
