Lentil-Tortellini Soup |

1/2 cup dry linzen 2 cups shredded worteltjes 1 large ui, finely chopped 4 ozs. chopped cooked ham 2 tenen knoflook, minced 2 theelepels. basilicum 1 1/2 theelepels. tijm 1/4 theelepel. peper 5 cups kip bouillon 1 cup water 9 ozs. refrigerated kaas filled tortellini |

BereidingRinse linzen and drain. Place linzen in a crock pot. Add worteltjes, ui, ham, knoflook, basilicum, tijm and peper. Pour bouillon and water over all.Cover and cook on low-heat for 6 1/2 to 7 hours or on high heat for 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 hours. If using low-heat setting, turn to high heat setting and stir in tortellini. Cover and cook 30 minutes more. Enjoy!! |
