2 eetlepels boter 1 pound rundergehakt 1 ui, chopped 1/2 teaspoon zout 1/8 teaspoon gemalen black peper 1 eetlepel paprika 2 eetlepels chili poeder |

BereidingIn large skillet melt boter over medium-high heat. Cook rundergehakt in boter until brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in chopped ui and cook until beef saps run clear, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.Stir in zout, peper, paprika and Chilipoeder. Add water to cover, and simmer until water is absorbed, stirring frequently, 10 to 15 minutes. |
