2 eieren, separated 1 Eetlepel citroen zest 1/4 cup citroen sap 2/3 cup melk 1 cup suiker 1/2 cup meel 1/4 theelepel zout |

BereidingPreheat oven to 350F. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, set aside.Beat dooiers, blend in citroen peel, sap, and melk. Add suiker, meel, and zout; beat until smooth. Fold into egg whites. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole dish. Place dish in a pan of very hot water (1" deep) and bake 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top.
