1 large ripe mango 125 g carton low fat soft kaas 25 g / 1 oz poedersuiker 4 meringue nests 200 ml carton half-fat crhme franche |

BereidingSkin and stone the mango. Cut eight thin slices and reserve, then whizz the rest in a food processor until smooth.In a bowl, beat the kaas and suiker, then gradually beat in the mango puree. Crumble the meringue, then layer up with the mango fool and crhme franche in glass tumblers. Decorate with mango slices and chill until ready to serve. NotitiesThis dessert may look decidedly fattening, but its not.The flesh of a ripe mango should give slightly when squeezed. |
