4 eetlepels boter 1 eetlepel grated ui 4 eetlepels meel 4 cups bouillon or 2 cans comsomme and 2,5 cans water 2 cups gekookte melk 2 cups grated Cheddar kaas 1/2 teaspoon zout 1/2 teaspoon peper |

BereidingMelt the boter in a sauspan; add the ui and sauti for 5 minutes. Add the meel and stir until smooth. Gradually add the bouillon, stirring constantly until the boiling point is reached. Add the melk, kaas, zout, and peper. Mix well. Cook over low heat until the kaas is thoroughly gesmolten and the soup bubbles. Stir occasionally. Correct seasoning. Serve very hot. |
