Kaneel-kippenvleugeltjes
1 12 ounce can frozen ananas sap concentrate

Chili Saus, about ¾ -1 cup

1 1/2 theelepel. kaneel

1/2 theelepel. chili poeder

1/2 theelepel. ui poeder

1/8 theelepel. gemalen red peper

kippenvleugeltjes or pieces about 2 dozen pieces of wings

Bereiding

Mix all ingredients except the wings in a small bowl. Coat the kip with the saus and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Grill or bake. I put everything in a plastic zip-lock bag, then just turn the bag to keep everything well coated.
