Sap of 1 citroen

2 eetlepels vegetable olie

1 eetlepel olijfolie

You need good feta kaas for this. Serve with pita bread to dip in.



With a fork, crush the feta kaas and mash with the citroen sap and the vegetable and olijfolies until smooth.
