Taco Dip 2
1 Pound 1 pound lean rundergehakt

1/2 Cup chopped ui

1 Eetlepel knoflook -- chopped

1 Package taco seasonings

1 Small Cont. sour cream

1 Cup shredded lettuce

1 Cup tomaten -- finely chopped

1 Cup shredded cheddar kaas

1 cup prepared picante saus -- (hot or spicy)

Bereiding

Brown rundergehakt over medium heat and add knoflook and uien. Add 1/2 of the package of taco seasonings and stir. Cook until uien are translucent. Drain ingredients well. Allow meat to cool 15 minutes and stir in sour cream and remaining taco seasoning. Pour sour cream mixture onto a flat serving plate and cover with lettuce, tomato, kaas and picante saus. Serve with Doritos maïs chips to dip.
