Mozzarella Dip

2 Cups mayonaise

1 Cup sour cream -- (8 ounces)

1 Cup shredded mozzarella kaas -- (4 ounces)

2 Eetlepels grated Parmezaanse kaas

1 Eetlepel dried minced ui

1 Teaspoon suiker

1 Dash knoflook

zout and seasoned zout

Bereiding

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with raw groenten, tortilla or potato chips. Yield: 3-1/2 cups.
