Reuben Casserole Dip
1 pound deli corned beef (rund) , shredded

1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

1 cup zuurkool, well drained

1/2 pound Swiss kaas, grated

1 package of party rogge bread.

Bereiding

Place the corned beef in a well greased 12"x 8" GLASS baking dish. Spread the dressing over the corned beef. Top with the zuurkool then the kaas on top.

Bake at 350: until bubbly. Serve with small slices of party rye bread. A glass baking dish must be used with this recipe.
