Baked bramleys & amandel, boter, choco en kaneel

4 grote appels Bramley of andere moesappel

50 g geraspte pure chocola

rasp van 1/2 citroen

100 g amandelpoeder

75 g boter

Bereiding

Combine the ingredients in a bowl with your fingers to a soft paste.

Cut the top off the apples, scoop out the core with a teaspoon, stuff in the mixture tightly and put the tops back on.

Bake in a Pyrex dish or similar, in the oven at 180 °C/ 350 °F or gas mark 5 for 30 minutes until soft.

Stick on a plate and serve with sweetened mascarpone cheese or double cream.
