BereidingCombine the ingredients in a bowl with your fingers to a soft paste.Cut the top off the apples, scoop out the core with a teaspoon, stuff in the mixture tightly and put the tops back on. Bake in a Pyrex dish or similar, in the oven at 180 °C/ 350 °F or gas mark 5 for 30 minutes until soft. Stick on a plate and serve with sweetened mascarpone cheese or double cream. |
