2 c Red wine vinegar 2 c Water 1/3 c Firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce 2 tb Dry spice rub (see recipe) 1/2 ts Hot sauce |

BereidingCombine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl, stirring well. Cover and let mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.Makes 4-1/2 cups. |
