1 c Brown sugar 1 c White sugar 2/3 c Water 1/8 ts Cream of tartar 2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten 1 ts Vanilla 2 tb Vinegar |

BereidingCombine all ingredients except flavoring and eggs. Boil to soft ball stage (236 F). Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg whites. Add flavoring.Continue beating until thick and creamy. |
