Vinho De Ahlos 2

4 Cloves garlic, mashed

1/4 ts Allspice

1/4 ts Pepper

1 ts Salt

3/4 c Cider or wine vinegar

1/2 c Water

1 ds Cumin (optional)

Bereiding

Marinate meat overnight, or up to 3 days. Drain meat, and pan fry or roast. Meat may be cut into serving pieces or left whole. Naturally, small pieces of meat will absorb more marinade.
