2 lb Ripe tomatoes; cored and chopped 2 Ths red-wine vinegar 1 sm Red onion; chopped 2 Scallions; chopped 1 Hot or mild green chill; chopped 2 Garlic cloves; finely minced 1 sm Cucumber; chopped 1/4 c Chopped coriander leaves 2 tb Chopped fresh basil leaves 1 Lime; juice of 1/4 c Olive oil 1/4 c Vodka* Salt; freshly ground pepper, to taste 1 Ripe avocado; sliced Sour cream; optional Croutons; optional *TRY: Finlandia, Seagram's Importe Vodka, Smirnoff, Stolichnaya, Absolute |

BereidingIn a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients except avocado, sour cream and croutons. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with an avocado slice, a dollop sour cream and a few croutons, if desire( Makes 6 servings. |
