1 c Plain or vanilla yogurt, drained in a cloth Lined, Sieve For 20- 30 Minutes 1/4 c Walnuts, Chopped And Toasted 1/4 c Sweetened flaked coconut 1 tb Maple syrup |

BereidingIn a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, walnuts, coconut, and syrup, until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use, and bring to room temperature before topping pancakes. Yield: 1 1/2 cups |
