Walnotenpesto-concentraat

2 c Packedbasil leaves – no stems, wash leaves thoroughly and lay out on paper toweling. Pat dry

1 c Extra virgin olive oil

1 1/4 c Walnuts

1 c Parmesan or Reggiano cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tb Freshly-chopped garlic

Process in the food processor until smooth.



A little goes a long way, as it is extremely full flavored.
