----FILLING---- 1/2 lb Ground pork (varken) 1 lb Spinach; finely chopped 2 tb Soy sauce 1 ts Ginger; finely chopped 1 ts Salt ----WRAPPERS---- 1 pk Wonton wrappers 1 Egg Peanut oil for deep frying |

Bereiding1. Mix ground pork, spinach, soy sauce, ginger and salt in a bowl.2. Place 1/2 tbsp on wrapper and fold, seal with egg. 3. Deep fry at 375F and serve with sweet and sour sauce, or use in wonton soup. |
