1 1/4 cups salad oil, olive oil, or mix of two 3/4 cup soy sauce 2 1/4 teaspoons salt 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1/3 cup lemon juice |

BereidingPrepare this marinate at least 6 hours in advance of use and always marinate meat for 6 -8 hours or overnight. Baste during the grilling/smoking process. Mop it on before serving. |
