2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons concentrated orange juice 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root - minced 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice wine |

BereidingMix all the ingredients and marinate 2 lbs of baby back ribs in the mixture for at least 2 hours. Bake at 375 for 20 min. Turn and brush with sauce and bake for 25 more minutes. |
