Tomato Catsup
1 gallon pulp of tomatoes

1 tablespoon ginger

2 tablespoons cloves

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 tablespoons horseradish - grated

2 tablespoons salt

2/3 gallon vinegar

Bereiding

Boil all well together, then add three pounds sugar, and boil a while.
