Fondant au chocolat |

200 g bittere chocola 3 eieren 120 g boter 120 g suiker 60 g bloem |

BereidingVerwarm de oven voor op 180°. Vet een ronde vorm in van 8 inch.Melt butter. Chop up the chocolate and melt it in the butter (a microwave on 50% power works well.) Beat the eggs lightly, mix with sugar and butter-chocolate mixture. Add the flour and mix until homogeneous. Bake for 15 minutes, turn off the oven and leave in the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Cool before serving. |
