Flank Steak With Herb Marinade

Herb Marinade:

3 Eetlepels Vegetable Olie

2 Eetlepels Red Wine Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Saus

1/4 Teaspoon Dried Basilicum -- crumbled

1/4 Teaspoon Dried Rozemarijn -- crumbled

1/2 Teaspoon Zout

1/4 Teaspoon Peper

2 Bos-uitjes, Including Some Tender Green Tops -- chopped

1 Clove Knoflook - minced

1 2 1/2 Pound Flank Steak (biefstuk?)

To make marinade, in a small bowl or cup, stir together all ingredients.

Place steak in shallow dish and pour marinade over the top. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 2 to 3 hours. Remove 30 minutes before cooking.

Preheat brolieer. Remove meat from marinade. Place on an olieed brolieer pan and brolie, turning once, 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Do not overcook.

Thinly slice on the diagonal and arrange on a warmed platter. Serve immediately.
