Simple Marinade |

1/4 pound butter 2 garlic cloves - minced 12 ounces beer 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon pepper 1 tablespoon MSG |

BereidingMelt butter; sauté garlic until translucent. Ad beer slowly and mix in salt, pepper and msg. Pour hot marinade over chicken and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Use to baste barbecuing chicken as well. Another marinade used around here is canola oil with cavendars, then use it to baste with as you turn the bird also. |
